Glasgow Flying Club

Glasgow Flying Club (GFC) was founded in 1963 and is one of the oldest flying clubs in the UK.

Located at the North side of Glasgow International Airport (Find Us), GFC is ideally placed to provide the facilities for Introductory Flights, Student Pilots & PPL holders from West & Central Scotland.

Flying from Glasgow International Airport offers the experience of sharing the same runway with large passenger jets, flying within air traffic control zones and offers access to services unavailable from smaller airfields.

Members’ Club

Glasgow Flying Club is a members’ club, run by Members, for Members.

Our club members, who are all pilots, or interested in aviation, help to maintain all aspects of the club and keep it running. We love aviation and want to share this passion with others.

The Annual Full Membership fee is now £150 per annum. A Student PPL Membership is £100 per annum.
